Instead of sinking a ball into a hole, shooters aim to break targets along a designated course. Sporting Clays began as a way for hunters to practice their skills on shooting courses designed to simulate different hunting situations. “Birds” were shot into the sky while “rabbits” and similar animals ran along the ground. The cost for the event is $50 and it is only for DSAC members. This event is limited to 40 members so sign up quickly! Note that registration fees are non-refundable. Please arrive by 9:30AM so we can begin promptly. The course should take about 2 hours to complete. Below is the address.
